Thank you for choosing The CS Legacy.

  • Personal, academic, professional or scheduling reasons.
  • Inability or unwillingness to continue the Course.

Once access has been successfully provided, no cancellation or refund shall ordinarily be permitted.

2. Limited Exception — Non-Delivery of Access

If payment has been successfully completed but the purchased Course/Service is not provided due to a technical or system error attributable to The CS Legacy, the Student must contact us with the relevant transaction details.

If access is not provided within 7 days from the date of successful payment, despite the Student contacting us and providing the required information, the case may be reviewed for a refund.

3. Duplicate Payment

If the same purchase is accidentally charged more than once due to a payment-gateway or system error, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.

The CS Legacy reserves the right to suspend, restrict or cancel a Student’s access to any Course, Test Series, Mentorship, meeting, community or other service in case of misconduct.

Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any conduct that negatively affects the learning environment, safety, reputation or functioning of The CS Legacy.

Depending on the seriousness of the conduct, CS Legacy may issue a warning, remove the Student from a session/group, suspend access or cancel/terminate access to the purchased service.

Where access is cancelled or terminated due to misconduct, no refund shall ordinarily be provided, subject to applicable law.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under this Policy or is otherwise required by applicable law, it will generally be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to payment-gateway and banking timelines.
