1. Account & Access

• All courses, test series, mentorship and study material are provided for personal and educational use only.
• Account sharing, selling, transferring, renting or providing login credentials to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access, account sharing or misuse may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law.
• Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

2. Intellectual Property

• All videos, lectures, notes, PDFs, test papers, question banks, recordings, designs, logos and other content available on the Platform are the property of, or licensed to, The CS Legacy.
• Copying, recording, downloading where not permitted, reproducing, reselling, forwarding, uploading, publishing, distributing or commercially exploiting our content is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in termination of access and appropriate legal action under applicable law.

3. Course Content & Academic Disclaimer

• CS Legacy may update, modify, replace or revise content, schedules, faculty, tests and course structure to reflect ICSI amendments, syllabus changes, legal updates, corrections or operational requirements.
• We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but do not guarantee that every content item will always be completely error-free.
• Our courses, test series and mentorship are educational support services only and do not guarantee passing, rank, exemption, marks or any particular examination result.
• Students should verify official notifications, amendments and examination requirements from the relevant authority.

4. Payment, Refund & Pricing

• Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay or other approved providers.
• Prices and offers applicable at the time of purchase shall apply to that purchase. Future batches may have different prices or offers.
• Refunds/cancellations shall be governed by the specific refund policy applicable to the purchased product, subject to applicable law.
• Non-use of a course, failure to attend sessions, change of plans, purchase of another course or dissatisfaction with expected results does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

5. Student Conduct & Platform Use

Students must not:

• Share or misuse course content or accounts.
• Cheat or manipulate tests/rankings.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or impersonate faculty, staff or other students.
• Disrupt classes, groups or Platform operations.
• Attempt unauthorised access, hacking, scraping or circumvention of security.
• Use the Platform or its content for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

CS Legacy may restrict, suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

6. Platform Availability & Liability

• CS Legacy will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet failures, third-party services, cybersecurity incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• CS Legacy shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from matters beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy & Communications

Use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use the information provided by students for account management, payments, course delivery, support, security and other lawful purposes. Students may receive important course, payment, schedule and service-related communications.

8. Changes to Terms

CS Legacy reserves the right to update these Terms, policies, prices, services and Platform features from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform and shall apply as permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Students are encouraged to contact CS Legacy first for resolution of any concern. Subject to mandatory statutory rights, disputes shall be dealt with by the competent courts/authorities having jurisdiction at Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India.

By using the Platform, purchasing any service, accessing course content or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
